The only negative side effect possible is minor bruising for individuals with very sensitive skin. However, there are numerous positive side effects, such as relieving muscle soreness, fading of stretch marks and scar tissue, feeling rejuvenated, and relaxed. You may feel the vibration of the rollers. The first couple of sessions may be a little uncomfortable depending on how sensitive you are and how much cellulite an area has. Bumpier regions of the skin may be a little uncomfortable. If your skin is sensitive, you may find slight bruising of the skin due to the deep massage.

For optimal results on fat, cellulite and skin firming a course of 10-12 treatments is recommended over 4 -6 weeks followed by 1 treatment per month to maintain the results. 

There are few conditions which would prevent you from being able to have the LPG treatment.  During your consultation your therapist will go over your medical history. There are some conditions listed below which we cannot treat.

Usually, the first signs of positive results can appear around the third session, yet the best, most long-lasting results won’t appear until you are approaching the end of your treatment plan.
